Within 14 days of purchase, Circular Place accepts returns on most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packing. Pre-paid return shipping labels will be issued at no additional cost, and items will be reimbursed to the original mode of payment.

The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. Due to hygienic considerations, some items, such as skincare products, PPE (facial covers), and underwear, are only available for final sale and cannot be returned. Other items, such as daily consumables and perishables, may also be excluded from returns.
